Mobile Apps

With Mountain Valley Community Bank’s Mobile Apps, you can complete a full range of banking transactions all from the convenience of your iPhone, iPad, Android or Kindle. Simply download the free Mountain Valley Community Bank Mobile App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your Online Banking User Id and Password.

 

With Mountain Valley Community Bank’s Apps you can:

• Transfer Funds
• Make a Deposit
• Pay Bills
• Locate ATMs and Branches
• Check your account balances and transaction history

 

To manage your account preferences, including how accounts display on your mobile device, log in to Online Banking, select the administration tab and select change account name.

 

Mobile Deposit

Use the Mountain Valley Community Bank App on your iPhone or Android to deposit funds into your checking, savings or money market accounts.

 

Simply follow the easy steps below to use Mountain Valley Community Bank’s Mobile Deposit today!

1. Log into the App
2. Select “Check Deposit”
3. On the back of your check include:
   1. “For MVCB Mobile Deposit Only”
   2. Your Signature
4. Take a picture of the front & Back of check
5. Enter deposit amount
6. Choose account to deposit check into
7. Confirm deposit and submit

 

 

After submitting the check image and confirming your receipt of the funds, securely store your check for 90 days. After that, you should destroy the check or mark it "VOID". You must not resubmit the check and/or redeposit the check.

Mobile Web

Visit m.mvcbank.com from any phone or mobile device with a mobile browser. Simply log in using your Online Banking User ID and password.

 

With Mobile Banking you can:

Mobile Alerts

Mountain Valley Community Bank offers a suite of mobile alerts that provide you with daily information on your accounts sent directly to your mobile device.  Keep track of your balance, deposits and transactions by setting up mobile alerts today. To manage your alerts, log into Online Banking, select the administration tab and select alerts.

 

Setup the following alerts with Mountain Valley Community Bank’s Mobile Alerts:

• Account Transfer
• Balance
• Debits/Credits
• Posted Check
• Stop Pay

 

To receive mobile alerts, you must first enroll in Text Banking.  

 

Text Banking

Mountain Valley Community Bank’s Text Banking lets you simply and securely request information about your accounts. Stay connected to your account with text messaging.  By using simple text commands, we’ll provide you up-to-date account information.  You will need your mobile device before you start the enrollment process.

 

To enroll in text banking log into Online Banking, select administration tab, then mobile banking and follow the easy enrollment process. Message and data rates may apply.

 

How it works

• Send an approved command to the Mountain Valley Community Bank short code MVCB Mobile (49794) to request the information you need.
• Receive a text message reply right away.

 

For example, Text B and get balances on all your mobile-enabled accounts. To manage your account preferences, including how accounts display on your mobile device, log into Online Banking, select the administration tab and select change account name.
