If you think you may be a victim of Identity Theft call…

  • Local police to file an Affidavit of Fraud and contact US Secret Service. Get a copy of the police report.
  • FTC’s Identity Theft Hotline toll-free at 1-877-438-4338
  • The fraud department of one of the three major credit bureaus. Request that your account be flagged with a “victim alert.” The contacted bureau must alert the others.
